If approved, return instructions will be provided.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
You will be notified of approval or rejection
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
Order number
Photos of the item and packaging
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
6. Exchanges
We currently replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need a different size, you may return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.
